As a tradition, each year on May Day my children and I made handmade cone shaped baskets (out of old magazines, floral paper, any type of durable paper will work) and filled them with candy and seeds. We would go to our neighbors and hang them on their doors, knock and quickly run away. They would open the door to a pleasant surprise. THANK YOU MARY LOU JUNKER for teaching us this fun tradition. I hope you can do something that blesses your neighbor today!
