Blue is a great beginner to intermediate lesson horse. He will challenge the rider to stay on the rail but doesn't have a mean bone in his body. We love to take Blue on trails. He takes double for therapy. Advanced riders often feel Blue's unusal beat at faster gaits. At first, we had him tested for EPM, but the results came back negative. We believe that perhaps somewhere in his life he had trauma that caused this quarky canter gait; however he is NOT lame.
